3 DIY Handmade Christmas Gifts + Free Printable Labels

3 HANDMADE CHRISTMAS GIFTS YOU CAN MAKE YOURSELF (+free labels)

This year, give something special - gifts made with your own hands and with love. Handmade gifts are not only more economical and sustainable, but they also carry a personal touch that makes them unforgettable.

I've prepared 3 simple DIY gifts perfect for Christmas, plus free labels that you can print and put on your creations to give them that finished product look, just like from the store shelf.

1. Chocolate chip cookie mix with white chocolate chips

This gift is practical, beautiful and delicious - who doesn't love fresh cookies?

SUGGESTION: you can make several different flavors so that the person you're giving it to has a supply for a couple of weekends :) p.s. I'm sure you know someone who loves sweets, but making cakes isn't their strong suit...

How does this ritual work?

Below are all the ingredients you need to put in the jar, and the label you will print and tie around the jar contains the recipe that will be followed by the person to whom the gift is intended.

What do you need?

• 500ml glass jar - washed and dried well

300 g plain flour

• 1 teaspoon baking powder

• a pinch of salt

• 2 teaspoons cocoa

• 100 g sugar

• 1 vanilla sugar

• 100 g of white chocolate - cut into cubes

Instructions:

Start layering the dry ingredients in the order listed above, making sure to distribute each layer evenly to get the best possible result.

TIP: after each layer added to the jar, tap the jar on the base a few times to release the air and this way you will have enough space for exactly this amount of ingredients.

EXTRA TIP: To make the gift even more charming, place a piece of gift wrapping paper or a piece of pretty fabric on the lid, secure everything with string or thread, add a label and your handmade gift is ready!

2. RECYCLED VASE

What do you need?

• jar

• wool or string

• double-sided adhesive tape

Instructions:

Cut the double-sided tape into 4 pieces the length of the vase and stick them on all four sides of the vase. Start gluing the wool around the vase from the bottom. When you reach the top, tie a bow for a nice finish. Add a label and the vase is finished.

ADVICE:

Use as thick a wool or string as possible to make the process easier and faster.

3. NATURAL BODY EXFOLIATION

The combination of sugar and coconut oil gently removes dead skin cells while deeply hydrating. Easy to prepare, the result is a spa experience at home.

What do you need?

• container with lid

• sugar

• coconut oil

Instructions:

For this recipe, I don't use a specific amount of ingredients, but rather add the ingredients until I get a thick mixture. Put the mixture in a container and add a label.

ADVICE:

For a seasonal touch, you can add spices such as cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, or a combination that the recipient likes.

I hope I've given you some interesting ideas for last-minute gifts and I wish you happy crafting!
